3. Anti radiation protective glasses are used to protect the eyes from the harm of too strong ultraviolet radiation. The lens is made of special glass which can reflect or absorb radiation, but can pass through certain visible light. The lenses are coated with bright chromium, nickel, mercury or silver film, which can reflect radiation; the blue lenses absorb infrared rays, the yellow green lenses absorb both ultraviolet and infrared rays, and the colorless lead lenses absorb X-rays and gamma rays.
